Causes of Pain in the Muscles - Kyle Leon Program

Causes pain in the muscles - Power work is quite intense activity; often running on a background of lack of oxygen (anaerobic) lacks oxygen because its rate of use of muscle cells give speed of delivery of blood.
Stretching is fairly prolonged stimulation of the nerve center of the corresponding muscle, so relaxation and increased blood flow persist for a relatively long time. A similar but less pronounced effect has shaking and vibration of muscles operated hands (self-massage techniques).

Thus, after each exercise of the power necessary to perform an exercise in tension of the muscle groups that participated in the work (e.g. after exercise on the abdominal muscles, you can "bridge"). It is acceptable, although less effectively, a range of stretching exercises at the end of strength training.

More powerful circulation stimulant than stretching exercises are exercises of a global nature, performed with moderate intensity (at a heart rate of 120-140 beats per minute) continuously for 10-30 minutes (e.g., jogging ). These exercises are advantageously carried out at the end of a class or day of rest. Their use substantially reduces pain in the muscles, often appearing on the day after strength training (especially beginners), and contributes to the rapid disappearance of such pain, thus after each approach is advisable to perform stretching exercises, and at the end of training - to run.
